How the planning service works
Our service starts with our core On-boarding team discussing the Buyer`s needs and then conducting a full suite of internal systems analysis – requirements captures, Infrastructure audits, products and application evaluations and creating a specific roadmap to meet the requirements for the Cloud service in an agreed scope of Service. We engage Buyer`s stakeholders and internal departments to help us define and create a full suite of environmental, application and architectural blueprints to ensure Cloud hosting / Service success. We develop and agree a process and reporting governance framework to agreed standards, and price the Service accordingly. We create a Service call-off template of agreed deliverables and timescales and create bespoke governance and MI templates which can be accessed by the buyer at all time to keep tabs on price and delivery We understand that secure digital services and products need to be continually maintained and delivered to meet market and business needs while retaining the required security classifications. We deploy our IT specialists and subject matter experts in all disciplines to ensure scalable, secure hosting and or software services

How the setup or migration service works
Our service starts with our core On-boarding team discussing the Buyer`s needs and then conducting a full suite of internal systems analysis – requirements captures, Infrastructure audits, products and application evaluations and creating a specific roadmap to meet the requirements for the Cloud service in an agreed scope of Service We assist in the overall service and technology business case of migrating to, or from, the cloud or between Cloud Services. We scope the migration project, assist and define application architecture design or redesigns – how services and applications interact with each other, inter-dependencies and bottle-necks and how these are delivered to the end users, whilst consistently monitoring an ensuring minimal unplanned outages throughout the migration. We review all Service delivery and service management / ITSM policies and procedures and ensure they are compliant to the new architecture and re-design, update where needed All security and networking policies will be audited and addressed to ensure that the required level of security is adequately met and they remain compliant.

We can provide a range of project and systems integration services to help the migration to Cloud services. Our expertise ranges from initiation to implementation and into support, including change management and transformation. Within the testing scope, we cover the full suite of testing capability from Capacity testing, performance and stability testing, component and stress testing through to usability, system and framework design Buyers who are in the process of experiencing (or have had recent experience of) cyber security impacts or breaches against their services and data may also be interested in our bespoke Security testing capabilities.
