Getting started All sales of Jamf Pro include customer primer sessions and a personal training and implementation engagement called Jamf JumpStart. Through remote and on-site sessions, you’re equipped with all the tools necessary to get the most out of your product and begin implementing solutions to the challenges you face every day in the ever-evolving Apple management ecosystem. Through a hands-on approach, your Jamf expert will help familiarise you with Jamf Pro—providing workflow recommendations and an overview of support resources available to you.

End-of-contract data extraction The Jamf Pro hosted solution would be administered by an IT contact or team, on behalf of the company instance and individual users.

At the end of a contract, data can be exported into Excel spreadsheets and packages & settings can be downloaded along with the instance of the Jamf Pro server.
End-of-contract process The Jamf Pro licenses and JumpStart are included in the price of the contract, along with 24/7 support provided by Jamf.

Bespoke configuration services and OPAL support is an additional cost.
