How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our delivery experts are well versed with providing leadership on quality assurance activities on large scale projects involving cloud infrastructures. We have worked on large scale implementations involving multiple external suppliers and provided quality assurance services to ensure their deliverables meet the client's requirements and quality standards. Whether we are assuring the quality of our own deliverables or those of external suppliers, our approach includes identifying the risk areas, defining appropriate quality assurance strategy to mitigate identified risks, aligning appropriate testing activities, building the required test environments and managing the test execution. We take a holistic view covering all aspects of quality assurance, covering standards review and testing. Test activities include functional, integration, performance and user acceptance testing. We even assure service monitoring and alerts to ensure services are fit for our clients, not just from business perspective but from a service perspective too. We look to automate the test activities where possible to reduce manual effort. For specialised testing like penetration and vulnerability testing, we use external specialist organisations and such work is priced accordingly. Equally, we can work with such specialist organisations appointed by our clients, if it provides a better price advantage to our clients.

How the support service works
Our support activities are primarily focussed on the early life period to ensure the systems delivered by our consultants are performing as expected in the production environments. During this period, we aim to also build client's own internal capability or that of a support organisation appointed by the client to reduce ongoing reliance on support from our consultants. Our consultants can remain available until such point that the client feels confident in the ongoing support capability. The duration for such support can be agreed as part of the contract and extended as necessary. Our experts can also support clients in selecting suitable suppliers or even recruit and build internal teams to support the live services. We actively manage handovers and knowledge transfer activities to ensure a good transition.

Our current services are primarily focussed project based activities, including early life support following a successful rollout of cloud based solutions. As part of our service, we ensure a smooth transition to service operations by either building the necessary capability within the client teams and where required, supporting clients with selecting suppliers to provide such capability and ensuring a smooth transition to their services. If required, we can extend the support from our consultants until the client feels confident of the abilities of the ongoing support arrangements. If the clients require us to manage the services on an ongoing basis then we have the required skills to do so and can set up a team to fulfil the client's support requirements.
