Planning service Yes
How the planning service works The key to a successful project is in the planning. Creating a project plan is the first thing you should do when undertaking any project.
Planning is key to our services as it facilitates successful delivery. Our team works with clients to plan all aspects, we manage and review our work against the agreed plan. Often project planning is ignored in favour of getting on with the work. Realise the value of a project plan for saving time, money and many problems.
Step 1: Project Goals
A project is successful when it has met the needs of the stakeholders. A stakeholder is anybody directly, or indirectly impacted by the project.
Step 2: Project Deliverables
Using the goals you have defined in step 1, create a list of things the project needs to deliver to meet those goals. Specify when and how to deliver each item.
Add the deliverables to the project plan with an estimated delivery date. You will establish more accurate delivery dates during the scheduling phase.
Step 3: Project Schedule
Create a list of tasks that need to be carried out for each deliverable Step 4: Supporting Plans

Setup and migration

Setup and migration
Setup or migration service available Yes
How the setup or migration service works While it may be tempting to simply relocate existing infrastructure to the cloud in its current form, we must reimagine what is possible rather than automatically reverting to lift and shift. That’s why a cloud migration plan is an essential part of any migration process. Regardless of which workloads you’re migrating—databases, storage, compute—there is no single perfect formula for moving to the cloud. A well-designed project plan can ensure that teams make the most of cloud investments. Identify the need: To understand what problems you’ll be solving, you need to understand what the people using the existing platform require. Bring platform owners and users together to get a full understanding of their pain points. While you may be tempted to go for the quick win, realize that cutting corners will almost certainly guarantee failure for your cloud migration project. Baby steps, logical steps are very important. Technology challenges won’t be the only obstacles you’ll face. Moving to the cloud will be seen by some as a threat to how things have always been done. Patience, careful planning, and a focus on solutions will be the keys to your success.

Quality assurance and performance testing
Quality assurance and performance testing service Yes
How the quality assurance and performance testing works Performance testing and analysis are key engineering processes determining the stability of a system and how a system performs under various user loads through a series of stress and load testing exercises. Our performance testers design and execute custom automated test scenarios to measure the performance of your software under normal and adverse operating conditions – allowing for the determination of baselines, failure points, bottle necks and ineffective configurations
