Service constraints In the cloud model, the system will be located in a data centre and the maintenance of the software is the responsibility of TierOne as part of the service.

The support purchased will determine maintenance- no downtime vs downtime. If planned maintenance is required, TierOne will work with the customer to determine a sufficient window for down time to deploy.

If required, there is an optional Managed Services as part of the maintenance arrangement. TierOne will proactively manage the on-going health of the Commercial Portal solution releases within the customer's environment, post-production launch into the customer's internal environment.

End-of-contract data extraction Data Extraction/Removal procedures to be provided at time of contract award. TierOne's ESI can be used to export. TierOne has three options to export data: CSV, Excel and XML.
End-of-contract process At the end of the contract, off-boarding activities will be completed. This includes, but is not limited to activities such as DB backups, hand over to the business etc.

Description of accessibility TierOne's Commercial Portal authoring and model works within the approval workflow for language translations and the Ontario Accessibility Act. The Commercial Portal also follows (AODA) & (WCAG) standards. In addition, TierOne is fully aware of the AODA guidelines and have developed interfaces to meet these new stringent standards.

NETPortal's Commercial Portal enables business architects and process owners to define and implement mechanized, auditable task-based workflows to fulfill any service delivery or service assurance process. The commercial portal includes 100% configurable business logic, user and system interfaces and fully customizable reports and dashboards.
