Generally take over Incidents which cannot be solved immediately by our 1st Line Support; if necessary, we will request external support and liaise directly with our technology partners.

3rd Line Support:
Typically refers to our technology partners; its services are requested by our 2nd Line Support.

We can also support existing on-premise technology and software, as well as solutions designed and delivered by AuraQ professional services.

1st line support offers email, telephone and web for Incident and service request logging and end-user support.

2nd line offers technical support to cloud software and technology solutions for common issues and low-risk change.

3rd line offers incident support for difficult or critical issues to cloud software and technology solutions. This type of ticket is usually logged by our 2nd line support team who then liaise with K2 aPaaS qualified infrastructure specialists, and development experts within K2.

Our team of first to second-line support staff are technically trained and here to help support organisations with qualified, experienced Cloud support.
