Support levels
We offer multiple support levels based on the service requirements and nature, including telephone, email and on-site support. We are flexible and often combine virtual and on-site support to manage costs and address any requests for urgent support. Support is provided by a client Team Leader who is responsible for all communication with the client, whereas other team members provide support and business continuity to enable a streamlined and seamless 365 day / year service. Where required, issues can be escalated to a dedicated Contract Manager. All support levels and SLAs are agreed with the client at the time of order and can be negotiated during the lifecycle of the SLA if needed. Costs will be in accordance with our SFIA rate card.
