How the setup or migration service works
We believe that migrating to the Cloud presents a whole array of opportunities for organisations. We accelerate the design of intelligence-based solutions through the application of a number of data-centric reference architectures. These act as ‘templates’ that accelerate the design and development phases of cloud based data-rich solutions. Beyond the high-level reference architectures, we also have extensive experience of open-source and COTS products that fit the different data driven use cases. The reference architectures and a deep understanding of the key use cases is necessary to determine the most appropriate cloud solution for the enterprise.

This is based on our extensive experience in designing, developing and supporting mission-critical Analytics capabilities. The demand often tends to be for non-mainstream, high value ‘Big Data’ solutions for our customers across both the Public and Private sectors.

How the support service works
As part of our Data Services we will provide regular updates to the progression of the delivery of the service and we will provide a contact point for our customers to engage with. Any issues can be escalated through this contact point.

With respect to Incident Management, we can offer an online, Customer facing, Incident Management system providing a simple method to report and monitor the status of any incident.
Incident management in a multi-supplier environment is often complex when the cause of incident is unclear and service restoration can be problematic. Established mature processes, behaviours and methodologies for managing this complexity are an essential feature of an effective incident management service. We react to the incident to restore quality of service within the target time, advising on appropriate work-arounds where feasible during fix time.
