Onboarding and offboarding
The setting up of a new SharpCloud community will follow the following process:
• Each new community is subject to a minimum 12 months or 90 day (for evaluation) fee which is dependent on the number of users of the system
• Pre-existing data can be loaded to the system, if required, and will be priced separately as part of the on-boarding process.
• All Communities will require a System Administrator who can configure the user accounts, access and account creation, authorise the set-up of new user accounts and grant access to groups within the new community.

|What users can and can't do using the API||
The SharpCloud SDK provides a mechanism to enable other IT systems to interface directly with the SharpCloud database via an object model based interface.
The SDK can be used to both read data from and write data to SharpCloud. All objects within a SharpCloud story such as item or view data can be accessed via the SDK.
The current implementation enables loading, modifying and saving of changes to data within an existing SharpCloud story. It does not currently enable new stories to be created; however additional methods such as this can be added to the SDK as and when necessary.
We have implemented the SDK for several clients in order to automate various SharpCloud data manipulation tasks; one such example is that of creating and assigning tags to items when certain criteria are met.
The SharpCloud SDK is provided as a Microsoft .net Dynamic -Link Library (DLL) written in C#. The Library is available as a nuget package, either within Visual Studio (by searching for SharpCloud in the Package Manger).
The DLL provides a simple interface to the entire SharpCloud story object model and communicates directly with the SharpCloud (RESTful) web services.
