A key tenet to our planning is to deliver early and sustained benefit. We have a tried and tested framework, based on Agile principles, that takes a risk managed approach so stability is assured. To ensure there are no nasty surprises, we advocate ensuring that organisational change is fully embedded in planning. We seek to ensure there is a shared vision with a direct link to your organisation’s strategy; shared understanding of goals and objectives; a clear definition of the required future state and of the current state; a detailed roadmap to close the gap between your current state and desired future state; clearly defined terms of reference for key roles; and a logical and clear sequence of events within the plan.

Our Tailored Training service is designed to support transformative change by bridging the gap between commodity training, which we can also provide, and the reality of your working environment. The training service is based on a scenario-based analysis of typical challenges encountered when implementing a methodological change. The result is that staff are equipped with the knowledge of how to apply theoretical baselines in real situations, countering the demotivating effect that training can have when theory meets practical reality and reinforcing and embedding change.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Assurance comes in two parts. Each can be one-off or enduring.
1. As part of a governance review service to provide confidence that the right assurance functions are in place and that they are objective and effective
2. To provide confidence that your organisation is functioning optimally, either as one-off reviews or as on-going assurance functions:
Business architecture and strategy is reviewed to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and that your Cloud transformation is in line with intent and recognises the need for and manages strategic level change.
Delivery mechanisms are reviewed to highlight weaknesses or sub-optimal performance or processes and propose remedial actions.
Business change assurance of strategy, planning and implementation, and benefits realisation practices.
Provide assurance that teams are functioning optimally, that resources are being managed effectively in line with priority and that your workforce strategy is appropriate to your need.
Assurance that suppliers are providing services that match your organisation’s requirements. Ensures suppliers are managed effectively, appropriate contract vehicles are in place and suppliers are performing as expected.

We are subject matter experts, adept at cloud related transformation and delivery. Where we do not have all of the skills required for a requirement, we either partner with an organisation that does (with the client's consent) or will advise from the outset that we are unable to accept a task.

Support levels
Level 1 is a general support function to capture the nature of the query or concern and ensure it is relayed to the appropriate person to address.
Level 2 the lead engagement manager for the client will aim to communicate directly with the enquirer and will normally be on-site on a regular basis.
Level 3 requires a director or partner to address a query or concern where it has not been possible for the lead engagement manager to do so.
There is no additional charge for these support levels.
