On-site - Chargeable at £500 per day plus travel expenses. Online/ Webinar Support is chargeable at £100 per hour. Support is provided via a technical account manager and via our team of Field Engineers. Any requirements outside the standard support can be negotiated with HBE.

Getting started
HBE24 is intuitive and easy to use. The devices are installed by HBE Engineers with the reporting viewed, analysed and downloaded through HBE’s preferred solution, Bluezone Legionella Manager. To ensure users can access the platform and maximize their system reporting and analysis, HBE provide onboarding through online or onsite training and through user documentation and access to our knowledge base.
Training days are at your discretion and we will discuss a suitable training and delivery best suited to your needs.

End-of-contract data extraction
We provide with tools inside Bluezone Legionella Manager to extract information in commonly used file formats such as Microsoft Excel. HBE can also provide clients with a JSON format export of all their data in the system within 28 days of contract termination.
End-of-contract process
Any Clients who choose not to renew their HBE24 contract can extract their remote monitoring data via the tools provided within Bluezone Manager or a data download can be provided in CSV/Excel format by HBE.
The Remote Monitoring devices will be removed by qualified HBE Engineers. There is no additional fee for removing the devices at the end of the contract, however fees may apply for the removal of devices following an early contract termination.

Once an opportunity has progressed to a point of preferred supplier appointment. HBE offer a 30-day free trial. This allows the client to run on a live environment for 30 days with the modules they have agreed to purchase. The trial excludes Sensors. These can be purchased and installed separately.
