End-of-contract data extraction Users can easily extract their raw data at any point using the raw data extract functionality built into all applications that we provide.
End-of-contract process Users provide a suitable method of transferring their data (typically this is many mb in size). We will provide this on-off transfer as part of the process. All other aspects are an additional cost.
