End-of-contract data extraction
In a private cloud deployment users retain sovereignty of data throughout. Public cloud deployments from the Code cloud are deleteted in accordance with company procedures.
End-of-contract process
In the case of a private cloud deployment the solution is uninstalled from the customer cloud and they have the option to retain the historical data. Public cloud is decommissioned in accordance with company policies and all historical data is deleted.

All employees are governed by our data security HR policy and Code Software provides training to all individuals about their data protection and security responsibilities both as part of their initial training and at regular intervals afterwards. The head of professional services has ultimate ownership and accountability for information security. We follow the principals of the GDPR regulations as incorporated in the 2018 act. Any data breaches will be reported to ICO within 72 hours of discovery. Methods of collecting, holding, and processing personal data shall be regularly evaluated and reviewed. Code Software will carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments for any and all new projects and/or new uses of personal data which involve the use of new technologies and where the processing involved is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
