Support is controlled by dedicated Support Operation Center, Members of the SOC can provide 1st and 2nd line support by guidance and/or physical intervention. SOC has direct access to server and the ability to start and stop service as required. 3rd line support available via Micro focus, however SOC will mange calls. A Technical Account Manager will be provided as part of the support agreement and will meet regularly to discuss progress and provide a point of contact if there are issues with the SOC.

Our API enables developers to do such actions as login and run a test in StormRunner. The public API is HTTP-based and RESTful. JSON is returned by all API responses. Any changes must be checked and agreed before implementation. If required support staff may complete this, but at extra cost.

As a part of Infuse StormRunner on SaaS service customers are allocated with a maximum 3 TB of storage and any attachment file should not exceed 2 GB of size. Customer environment project capacity is based on the number of concurrent users.
