End-of-contract data extraction The users' work (e-learning courses developed and in development) are downloaded by them, No actual customer data is stored by the service other than their logins, which are deleted at the end of contract.
End-of-contract process Three months before the end of the contract, customers are contacted and told that they may extend. If they do not wish to do so, customers need to download all of the e-learning they want to keep before contract expiry. We support customers who need assistance in doing this (FOC) though it is very straight forward.
