How the planning service works
We have a wide range of experience working in service design and innovation across multiple sectors and industries. Our key areas of focus lie in organisational and internal process design as well as stakeholder engagement and problem-centred innovation management.

Our technical skill and experience gives us the ability to support customers to plan for, design and implement cloud-based products and services building resilience into services and increasing efficiency. IGLU is able to work remotely and onsite with customers depending on their needs. There are no constraints to our service.

IGLU provides help and support to our customers at an additional cost. This cost varies depending upon the type of support and response times required by the client. Our customer support packages are subject to the aforementioned day rates in accordance with the SFIA rate card.

Support services for customers of ongoing projects whereby IGLU is actively engaged in business will be given precedence in times of high demand or limited availability of staff.

All IGLU support services can be offered on a bespoke basis on more regular terms and can be discussed in more depth with our senior team.
