How the planning service works We offer a variety of implementation approaches tailored to the circumstances and experience of your team. Certain activities are Core (depending on your overall scope and current systems). Other Optional activities can be undertaken by Felber Consulting, your team or jointly. We will work with you up front to design and plan the right implementation approach for your organisation.
We will then kick off your implementation process with the Discovery Phase which covers:

How the training service works Training of system administrator and key users is a fundamental part of Felber Consulting's implementation approach - as we move through the different phases (Discovery, Configuration, Test, Deployment & Go-Live) with workshops for familiarisation and business scenario testing, as well as further user training in Test & Go-Live phases.

In general, we support a Train the Trainer approach, but we also provide useful collateral for the project team to create their own tailored training material.

How the setup or migration service works Felber Consulting supports buyers migrate to the cloud or between cloud services. The migration strategy is agreed in the Discovery Phase of implementation, the design integration/data migration process in the Configuration Phase and finally the trial migration of data & conference room pilot with migrated data happens in the Test Phase along with a full test of migrated data.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works We provide quality assurance testing. A nominated person (not involved with the engagement) goes through a schedule of tests to ensure everything is set up correctly and coherent with user requirements.

We support the buyer's testing throughout the implementation through a series of structured scenario tests. Initial session are 'happy day' scenarios that reflect day-to-day operations and then increasing introduce more challenging occurrences that provide more realistic aspects of the operation.

We provide templates and sample scenarios to provide quick start collateral and support.
