Onboarding and offboarding

Onboarding and offboarding
Getting started On-boarding is a very simple process - there is no desktop software to install and user training takes under 1 hour. A new customer can be set up and begin bundling in less than 1 day. There is extensive user documentation and also training videos on YouTube. For larger departments CaseLines provides a full onboarding service that incorporates onsite classroom training, help guides and communications.

CaseLines can help design training strategies, write training materials, script and shoot interactive training videos and set up learning management systems for clients.

CaseLines can deliver blended training strategies that incorporate one-to-one user support, webinars, roadshows and classroom training. We can also train up your own super-users.

End-of-contract data extraction Extracting data is simple. All bundles can be saved from the system as PDFs, with notes and hyperlinks retained in case they are needed later (for instance, for an appeal). For larger customers, CaseLines can write scripts which will perform an automatic bundle download.
End-of-contract process At the end of the contract users/customers are responsible for extracting their own data and then deleting the data from the system. CaseLines can write scripts to perform these actions - for which there is a modest cost (specified according to user requirements).
