Configuration and change management standard Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach We track our changes through a changelog, and through the service provided by github. We test all of our new releases thoroughly using in house testing and a staging branch to assess the experience of the platform. We only use secure packages and updated versions of each to maintain maximum security. We have in house standards to ensure that best security practices are met whilst releasing new features and have a number of third party tools in place to ensure that this is assessed before each release
Vulnerability management type Supplier-defined controls
Vulnerability management approach Our service has been built to rigorous standards and complies with high level security guidelines. We are able to rapidly deploy patches to our sevices, in a matter of minutes, as soon as necessary changes have been passed and tests run. We are also able to get security information about potential threats from services such as github and npm which monitor changes to the code. These are automatically alerted to us should they occur.
Protective monitoring type Supplier-defined controls
Protective monitoring approach If any compromises were found, we would immediately look to rectify the issue and ensure that the necessary changes were put in place to stop this from re-occuring. This is something we take very seriously and would receive immediate attention.
Incident management type Supplier-defined controls
Incident management approach Although incidents are exceptionally rare, users can report these to us through our in app chat service which functions in real time. We are able to respond and fix issues as soon as we are alerted to them.
