UiPath's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform allows government (local, central and agencies) to rapidly automate much of the manual processing activities currently carried out by staff without changing the underlying technologies or the processes. The software robots mimic human work at a hugely reduced cost. Cloud or On-Premise Install.
- Attended Robotic Process Automation runs at your command.
- Slightly less investment required compared to unattended RPA.
- Even quicker deployment than an unattended RPA.
- Actionable from the desktop with almost instant results.
- Works in partnership with users where human intervention is required
- It resides on the users workstation, triggered when needed
- Works in the background while the staff continues work uninterrupted
- Delivering high productivity and low handling times.
- Ideal for service desk, helpdesk, and call centre activities.
- Add AI technologies for even more impact and scope.
- Release staff to front line citizen-centric activities
- Cost reduction (hundreds of percent in ROI in year one)
- Efficiency gains (operate 24 hours a day and without error)
- Compliance (every action taken by the robots is auditable)
- Single view of the citizen (massively improving customer experience)
- Rapid deployment (in weeks, not months or years)
- Scalability (new robots can be created in seconds)
- Low infrastructure costs (multiple robots on a single virtual machine)
- Data analytics built in (allowing predictive proactive actions)
- Deals with semi and unstructured data (automate more processes)

|Software add-on or extension||Yes, but can also be used as a standalone service|
|What software services is the service an extension to||Robotic Process Automation can be seen as an extension to your existing software infrastructure, we can add additional elements such as Optical Character Reading, IBM ODM or Microsoft AI. Using a combination of products enables extensive logic engine providing more capabilities than just an 'out of the box' implementation.|
|Cloud deployment model||Hybrid cloud|
There are no constraints. RPA can be used in every department/agency and across all service lines. The robots are perfect anywhere where you have people manually transferring information through or between IT systems.
We can also use OCR to enable the enquiry upon 'closed infrastructures' such Terminal Servers (Citrix, Remote Desktop), where access to the underlying systems is restricted.

|End-of-contract data extraction||The UiPath platform does not store any customers' data, it remains on the customers' on-premises systems or customers cloud operation. The RPA as a Service option also does not store any customer data. It provides the computational power and load balancing as required to create a truly scalable and extensible system.|
Included in the annual license is the software, support, upgrades and training.
Our RPA as a Service (Cloud) is also included in the price per Robot. As part of our services engagement the customers robot training code will be provided to the customer as source code. within 30 days of termination of contract all services will be deleted from our cloud.
