Independence of resources We are able to guarantee that there will be no service disruptions as well as our ability to manage increased demands placed on our service by users, through our contractual obligations. Our service levels would require us to fulfill such demands and we have additional levels built-in to handle increased usage. Additionally, our database of over 2,000+ consultants can be tapped into to bring in specialists at very short notice if necessary to cope with the increased demands.
