|How the planning service works||
We begin the process with a purely internal meeting where the staff who have handled contract discussions and signing hand over all the information gained to delivery teams. In particular, this includes the Hosting Operations team who will provision the Contensis Cloud CMS. This information is also recorded in standard forms for later reference.
Staff from the Hosting Operations team will then be available to liaise with your technical staff to identify the required actions, and to carry out those required of us.
As part of the on-boarding process, most of our projects have an element of project management. Our Project Manager will work with you to agree an Agile or waterfall planning process, depending on the client's approach to delivery. If we are also undertaking website design and delivery work for you, provision of the Cloud software will be a seamless part of the overall work plans.

|Training service provided||Yes|
|How the training service works||We offer a full range of training covering every aspect of the system. The actual training requirement is carefully assessed during the implementation phase. Training is normally split into the following sessions, each of which focuses upon different aspects of Contensis; however, there is inevitably some overlap depending upon the role of the user. 1. User training (‘Train the trainer’ sessions) – creating/editing/publishing. It is recommended that users having user training have basic IT skills including word processor knowledge. 2. Administrator training (Requires user training) – system administration of the Contensis CMS. It is recommended that users having administrator training have basic IT skills and the understanding of how systems are controlled through permissions and restrictions. 3. Contensis Templates and Controls training (Requires both administrator and user training) – implementing designs in Contensis templates using (X)HTML & CSS. It is recommended that users having template, controls and forms training have IT design skills and ideally experience with Dreamweaver or similar products. 4. Developer training – new modules & bespoke extensions/integrations/migrations using the API. It is recommended that users having developer training are programmers with web application experience. 5. Writing for the web; write compelling, clear and searchable content.|

Setup and migration
|Setup or migration service available||Yes|
|How the setup or migration service works||
The process we undertake together to migrate to the cloud depends on your current situation and the extent of the services you have contracted for Zengenti to provide.
You may have the in-house skills needed to build websites. Here we provide a set of training that equips your staff to create and edit pages, to administer the system and to translate designs into working websites based on templates.
If you have engaged us to design and build your site, we will be responsible for the migration process. You can observe and be involved, which helps transfer knowledge.
The site will be delivered in stages, one of which can be a technical migration of content from your legacy CMS to Contensis. We have in-depth experience of programmatic migrations and have moved clients off all the well-known systems.
Where you have an existing web asset which needs a new CMS, we can "migrate" this across to Contensis Cloud for you. This would involve just the build aspects (without design), and if required, a programmatic content migration.

Quality assurance and performance testing

|How the quality assurance and performance testing works||
Contensis’ Quality Assurance module, an extra cost option, keeps a constant eye on your websites, and make sure your content is up to scratch. It covers accessibility to A/AA/AAA, HTML compliance, link management, spell checking, as well as general page checks (such as keeping overall download sizes within thresholds).
The QA module can be accessed in various ways, ranging from clicking “submit” in the editor, to an entire site view for administrators. Further information about it can be found on the Digital Marketplace under Modules for Contensis.
The Hosting Operations team undertakes comprehensive monitoring of the infrastructure. They make changes to ensure constant high performance, while keeping you informed via the change management process.

|How the support service works||
Zengenti provides support for organisations using the Contensis Cloud service. This support covers all aspects of their use of Contensis.
We provide support to the web systems published by Contensis. They are subject to our 99.99% uptime SLA. Any issue affecting the availability or major functionality of front-end sites is regarded as "Critical" and will be resolved 24/7/365.
Application support is provided for the underlying Contensis CMS. This includes helpdesk, hot fixes and upgrades. These are dealt with during office hours/days, except where a CMS issue affects the uptime of sites. In this case it would be "Critical" and also handled 24/7/365.
Many clients also have a service contract that provides for changes to the site templates and stylesheets. This is an additional cost option, typically involving one or two days of services per month.
All clients have a dedicated Account Manager who helps with issues that can't be dealt through direct support tickets, such as contractual and commercial aspects.
|Service constraints||As standard, all our support is undertaken remotely. This is essential to provide the rapid response levels our SLA demands. Onsite support and consultancy can be provided for less time-critical topics.|
|Email or online ticketing support||Email or online ticketing|
|Support response times||All Critical tickets are responded to 24/7/365. Other levels are handled during working week only.|
