Getting started Users have a range of training support available. Most products run a weekly live training webinar with a product expert in attendance, which is free to all subscribers. Additional bespoke webinars can be run for individual user groups if require. We do provide onsite training, depending on the level of support agreed prior to contract agreement. A Web based training environment is also available to all users which includes access to product videos and user guides. Our new generation of products also includes extensive help sections which also include training videos within the product.

Configuration and change management approach There is a change management process in existence. No changes are made to Portfolio Manager without prior approval from D&B. D&B provide Requirements, and carry out UAT testing and sign off prior to release.  D&B has a documented project  / SDLC process for implementing changes. The process is not enforced for Aronova's responsibilities as the development vendor, and only provide documented requirements for implementation by Aronova, using their own change  / SDLC processes. Due to Aronova's small development team, the same resources completing development also have access to the production environments as they perform both support and development roles.
