Support levels Three types of support are available:

1. MOBILISATION (core)
The key activities during the mobilisation period would be:
• A kickoff meeting to confirm scope, deliverables, approach, timing
• Identification of individuals to engage in each of the tasks
• Agreeing the process for obtaining stakeholder alignment and buy-in
• A facilitated session to agree workplan, accountabilities and how we work together
• Agreeing the number, agenda, participation and approach to set of meetings (if needed)
• Scheduling of meetings
• Securing access to background materials
• Designing and issuing data requests if required

2. ONGOING USER SUPPORT FOR THE TOOLS (core)
We provide dedicated support from a project team, led by a Lead Engagement Partner who is accountable for the delivery of our service. This support is part of our service, and is provided throughout the duration of our service provision.

3. BESPOKE SUPPORT (optional)
Further bespoke support to customise analysis and outputs for individual organisations is available as Lot 3 Consultancy Support Service and priced according to the SFIA rate card provided. For more information see the service definition brief.
