Exclaimer provides a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines the level of service a customer is guaranteed to receive when they purchase Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite.
All Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite customers can receive dedicated technical support via the creation of an online support ticket through the Exclaimer Cloud portal.
Once the customer has submitted the support request, they receive an email confirmation with more details and will be allocated a unique Support Ticket ID.
The following actions then take place:
1. The case is reviewed and assigned to an Exclaimer engineer who contacts the customer directly.
2. If possible, the engineer will send direct instructions on how to fix the issue. Otherwise, a remote desktop session is arranged according to the Exclaimer Support team’s availability.
3. The date and time of this remote session is confirmed via a separate meeting request.
All support requests are assigned a severity level from 1 to 3 based on the impact that the issue is having on business operations. Severity levels may be changed after initial contact and assessment of the issue from an

Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite does not store any data. When a customer subscribes, they grant permission for the service to read user data from their Google Directory. This data is inaccessible to anyone as it is located within an isolated network.
In the event of a contract expiring or early termination, the user may turn off their smart host routing to stop sending mail to the Exclaimer Cloud service. The only data remaining would be a local database containing outdated aggregated Google Directory data, which can be removed upon request. - End-of-contract process

The Exclaimer Cloud portal, the only access point to the Signatures for G Suite service, is verified by COMODO RSA Extended Validation Secure Server CA. The connection to the portal uses TLS 1.2 and is encrypted using 256-bit encryption (AES_256_CBC with HMAC-SH1 for message authentication and ECDHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism). This ensures that data is completely secure within the Exclaimer Cloud.
