SecureCloud+ completes a ‘Cloud Readiness Assessment’ with customers wishing to set up or move between cloud hosting or cloud software services. The Cloud Readiness Assessment provides a clear baseline from which future enhancements to a company’s IT services can be implemented. The assessment covers a number of key business areas: • How IT services are currently delivered, including the maturity of certain key capabilities • Key stakeholder engagement to understand key drivers and priorities • A case for change report detailing the benefits of moving to the Cloud • Identification of opportunities and quick wins from further process and technology standardisation • Key Performance Indicators for the new service delivery models. Once the customer has made the decision to move to the Cloud, SecureCloud+ manages the onboarding and training to ensure the smooth migration of services.

Each service will have a specific Service Management Plan detailing the agreed arrangements around the support mechanism, covering the following: • Service Ownership • Service Boundaries • Service Level Agreements • Responsibility Matrix • Reporting Deliverables. At the heart of the SecureCloud+ model is its Service Management capability combined with a Technical Service Stack of service management tools. This enables best-in-class monitoring capabilities to proactively monitor the service, manage the system with administrative capability and provide a reporting functionality to maintain the services delivered. End-users can log incidents and track live status of services via the SecureCloud+ online portal or can contact the Service Desk to log incidents, status updates or log service requests.
