Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
For legacy sites we would work with the business process owners and IT to understand how the current system is configured and then migrate the content and business logic to the new system.
For new implementations we work with the process owners to analyse the existing documents for common text blocks and agree what business rules determine when the blocks are used. This can be done as a complete service or we can train your own staff to perform this activity.
Training can be provided online for your training staff or direct to your users.

End-of-contract data extraction

We support Oracle, DB2, MS SQL server, MySQL. The API can also be used to access and retrieve data held in the system.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract we can help you export any of the data and documents held in the system and then securely erase your information once we have confirmation from you to proceed.
