Service constraints Sage will perform necessary upgrades, service pack implementations and fixes to both system and application programs as they become available. Scheduled downtime for software updates; Sage shall notify the customer of Scheduled Downtime not less than 7 days prior to the start of any Scheduled Downtime. If you install an antivirus protection on Sage X3 servers, we recommend disabling real-time protection on some parts of the Application/Main Process server and Additional Process servers for best performance. Sage will perform scheduled scans on realtime scanning excluded areas overnight when there are few or no users logged on.

Support response times Initial response is defined as confirmation of the incident reference and its severity. In addition to this a consultant may request more information or phone to discuss the problem in more detail. If the consultant who raises the incident is unavailable due to the nature of their role, a nominated person who is familiar with the problem should be advised as a secondary point of contact. The response times are based on Local support 9:00am to 5:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday excluding UK Public Holidays. We have SLA’s which are our best endeavours but we do state these.

Getting started Training can be provided as a mix of “Train the Trainer” and eLearning techniques. Integra will ensure a customer’s super users are provided with sufficient training to be able to conduct a detailed User Acceptance Testing session, and have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the solution including the relevant knowledge for creating user defined reports. The Integra training will also ensure that customers have sufficient capabilities to support their own System Administration going forward into and beyond Go-live. This training will be a combination of hands on and classroom/e-learning training for project team. There is also functionality with in the product to assist in supporting end users. System documentation is supplied in pdf format in line with government open document standards. It is possible to include Process Overviews or Visio Process Documents as part of the project implementation documentation suite.
