Planning

Planning
Planning service Yes
How the planning service works Actica provides a comprehensive requirements service which encapsulates requirements elicitation, definition and documentation, at user, business, system and service levels. Our requirements services also typically include elicitation of options assessment criteria and objectives and identifying the verification methods that will effectively measure capability and performance of the solution. Our expert requirements managers are used to working in traditional waterfall (such as CADMID/T), Agile (such as SAFe) or hybrid methodology environments, and can communicate requirements in the form of well-defined user stories, backlogs, personas and user journeys or more traditional User Requirement and System Requirement Documents. To ensure requirements are comprehensively captured, we undertake a range of stakeholder engagement and User Research activities and requirements elicitation techniques including workshops, shadowing, interviews and document reviews. We perform extensive user needs analysis in order to fully understand the users, their user needs and the types of services they require. Where appropriate, Actica also deploys Model Based Requirements Engineering (MBRE) techniques to develop and refine the requirements for a system. Actica can manage requirements in DOORS, Atlassian JIRA and a number of other packages.
