How the planning service works
We engage the buyers or clients from when the business need was raised, through to stakeholders analysis, communications plans, requirement gathering,sourcing routes and eventual procurement strategy development aligned to the business need and organisational strategy direction.
Once approved, we conduct market engagement as detailed in the procurement strategy development, working with the stakeholders through vendor selection,award and eventual vendor on-boarding or off-boarding. Throughout this exercise, we work collaboratively with the stakeholders hence improving acceptability and ownership of delivered solution or vendor.
We provide clear visibility and audit-ability of the selection process and debrief unsuccessful vendors giving the strengths, weakness and improvement areas with their bid response.
We support with the vendor on-boarding, contract drafting, review and sign-off.
We work with the customers to align their procurement requirements to meet organisational business needs and strategic plans.
