As part of our service, Agile Solutions helps to develop planning strategies for implementation, covering business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and security architecture. Using our extensive experience within the industry, we are able to identify issues before they arise and streamline and automate processes to ensure a smooth and fast delivery. Our history with planning, implementing and managing cloud services ensures projects are delivered on time and within the estimated budget, providing our clients with an assured delivery partner and trusted delivery plan. We endeavour to use an Agile methodology approach with all of our engagements but will always tailor this to suit the needs of individual clients. A hybrid approach is often taken within planning engagements as this allows for faster time to value and accurate project estimation, whilst providing minimal disruption to internal teams.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works Agile Solutions have developed our own AIM Delivery Methodology which provides a framework for delivery Quality Assurance and Performance Testing processes. This is broken down by: agile methods, development best practices and extreme programming practices (including Test Driven Development), which ensure the quality of our deliveries. As part of the AIM Delivery Methodology we provide: - Sprint / Project Reports which team leads communicate at the end of each week to monitor progress and flag risks and issues. - Retrospective Reports which team leads communicate at the end of each sprint, actions from which are fed into a continuous improvement cycle within the project. - Delivery Review Reports which the Delivery Director constructs on a monthly basis to monitor the adoption of the AIM Delivery Methodology, which is used as method of advising on continuous improvement throughout the project. - Ready built Test-Driven Development accelerators are available to ensure quality assurance practice is adopted rapidly. - Definition of Done is agreed and communicated for all user stories, including input from project testers, to ensure test acceptance criteria are met for each deliverable.

Support levels Agile Solutions have found that the best approach is to tailor our support agreements to the required service levels, skills and location (on-site or off-site) for each engagement. Agile Solutions provide a wide range of support services, including delivery assurance, ISO support and maintenance contracts for cloud platforms, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, support of business as usual processes and enabling existing client staff to hand-over our service if required. All our support services are available up to 24/7 if required. Agile Solutions has a flexible approach to resourcing, which allows us to rapidly scale resources up or down for our clients. This allows Agile Solutions to provide additional delivery support by mobilising large teams within days to deal with any specific support challenges. Our consultants are highly trained in their field of expertise via our in-house training team and are experienced in operating within 3rd line or DevOps teams as required. Agile methodology is used where possible, ensuring support provided to the public sector is in a lean, Agile manner whilst providing iterative updates to our clients. Our support services can be available remotely at one of our Agile Competency Centres or onsite at the client’s own premises.
