Getting started Onboarding and offboarding services are available to suit your business and are tailored to your specific needs.

For a "hands on" approach we can provide onsite training or online training, or a combination of the two, to train you and your team in how to use the system. We can provide additional webinars for your employees (or payroll clients if you operate a bureau service) to help them understand how to use the system. We can also assist in the production of marketing or communication materials to help with your launch of the product.

With our "hands off" approach, you'll have access to our user help portal where you will find all the documentation you require to get you set up in your own time. Some general communication resources are also provided to help you get started,

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability Whilst PayDashboard intends that the Services should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is possible that on occasions the Services or Website may be unavailable, in order to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place. If for any reason PayDashboard has to interrupt the Services for longer periods then PayDashboard would normally expect, PayDashboard will use reasonable endeavours to publish in advance details of such activity on the Website. No refunds available.
Approach to resilience Data is geo-replicated to a secondary Azure region. In the event of an outage the service would failover to the secondary region. We perform disaster recovery (DR) drills to simulate a full outage of the primary region and initiate failover to the secondary region.
Outage reporting Outages are displayed on our login screen to the service, and communicated via email or via support team. Triggers are in place for after 60 minutes.

Vulnerability management approach Application-level vulnerabilities are managed using our ISO 27001 certified process. Application patches for security vulnerabilities are hotfixed ASAP, except when the vulnerability is rated as low risk and then our usual 3-week update cycle applies.
