How the support service works
Under our related managed service products, also listed in G-Cloud, we offer support for both hosting and software. These services include Managed Azure, Managed Database and Managed Office 365. Services are supported by Jisc's in-house team of cloud support engineers, backed up by specialist subject matter experts covering fields such as networks, security and applications.
