End-of-contract data extraction All data is stored for upto 3 months after the contract ends. Users can utilise our SIEM integration to extract all user logs.
End-of-contract process At contract end, our service will fail closed meaning any web traffic directed through our service wil stop. Users are advised to remove any endpoint agents, browser settings or other methods of directing traffic to our service.
