How the support service works
CTO Tech will support your infrastructure remotely over N3/HSCN either on premise, within a 3rd party data centre, or we will work with you to migrate your services off site and then provide the ongoing support. CTO Tech supports Microsoft, Linux and Unix platforms from desktop to server including end of life management and migrations. Our extensive knowledge of NHS clinical and non-clinical applications enables us to provide the appropriate support package and uptime including support during upgrades. Our technical specialists are also highly experienced with all major hardware vendors e.g. Dell,
CISCO, NetApp, EMC, Huawei, and HP to name a few and are experts in managing data centres and their associated components.

CTO Tech provide different support levels that are appropriate to the customers needs and the quantity of services required to be supported. This will be determined and agreed upon during the commission of the service contract. CTO Tech provide an extensive range of SLAs
to meet the most demanding of environments and critical clinical services. All support levels required can be customised to meet the customer's requirements, typically this would either be 5x9-5, 7-8x8 or 24x365. Details on all of our service levels are available upon request. All of our customers have a technical account manager to make sure the needs of the service are being delivered and reporting is provided on a schedule defined by the customer from our service delivery manager.
