IBabs’ services consist of supporting the following activities for the agreed user base you have opted for:

the physical management of the iBabs application software;

the ad hoc or repair of faults in the application software (corrective maintenance);

IBabs treats a free trial the same as a full go-live with on-site training

It is free for the first month for the pilot group. From the second month, iBabs will invoice training costs and £100 (plus VAT) per month per 10 users.
