Service constraints Access to eLearning courses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Passport is a per user subscription.
Passport cannot be shared between users.
Each student needs to have his/her own login and Passport subscription.
Instructor-led training not included.
Violations may result in the immediate termination of the Passport subscription.

The Support Portal is available 24*7 and any telephone calls are routed to the closest open Support Centre at the time of the call.

Initial Target Service Level Response Times are based on the logged severity of the issue:
Severity One : 1 hour Premier : 2 hours Enterprise
Severity Two : 2 hours Premier : 4 hours Enterprise
Severity Three : 6 hours Premier : 1 Business Day Enterprise
Severity Four 1 Business Day Premier : 2 Business Days Enterprise
