The human aspect of our global Analysis team makes a significant difference in the performance and customization of the service. Recently, more investments have been made in the configurability and on-demand adjustments of incident notifications to provide convenience to our clients. A configurable incident severity feature has also been provided to align with the incident triage process of our discerning clients, providing a seamless experience between MSS Analysis and local Incident Response teams.
