Jadu’s Editor and Administrator Training plans are focused on regular, non-technical users of the Jadu Continuum solutions. Training covers all non-technical aspects of the interface for each service.
Jadu provides Train the Trainer workshops for organisations which plan to be self-sufficient in the delivery of internal training to their personnel.
Jadu’s Advanced Technical and Developer Training is focused on enabling self-sufficiency in managing and developing for your mission critical systems. Training is suitable for programmers and developers who regularly write in PHP and understand HTML, MySQL and general web development. Delivered by Jadu’s software engineering team, web developers and programmers are provided with the knowledge and understanding to extend the functionality of Jadu Continuum platform products.

Support levels Jadu operates a single support model that is based on the severity/priority of the issue. For custom software development Jadu charge a rate equivalent to 20% of the software engineering cost of the custom development as an annual support charge. Support costs are included in the subscription price for Jadu Continuum platform products, there are no additional costs. All support tickets for Jadu platform products are answered by product team software engineers.
