Getting started Your Account Manager will work with you from the outset to ensure your onboarding with uCheck is as smooth as possible. This will include online demonstrations, onsite training (if required), user guides and monthly update calls. We will also ensure that the Platform is moulded to your requirements to ensure the process is as efficient as possible.

Your Account Manager will have a comprehensive understanding of your organisation and the way you work offering tips, guidance and advice where necessary.

Independence of resources UCheck operate high capacity servers front end and database, monitored by Newrelic APM and Infrastructure to avoid capacity issues. Being cloud-based larger, load balanced or replicated instances can quickly be spooled up.
