Third Line Support New Problem Resolution and New Feature Delivery
• Typically, Highly personnel (technical or process/functional leads) with in-depth knowledge of their subject areas • Support for complex customer issues such as data integrity issues, performance issues, reproducing the issues and debugging in test environments. • Liaise with Product Vendors and other parties to coordinate resolution for complex issues • Provide root cause and route to resolution (Workaround, Defect Fix, Data Fix, New Feature/Change Request) • Typically involved in the change management processes in the capacity of Functional/Technical Leads as well as Technical/Solution Architects • Provide information to level 2 Support for documenting and training out new solutions as they are necessary
