- Access Service is broken down into categories A to D. A = High Speed Fibre lease line, B = EFM or GEA service, C = Broadband Service, D = Ethernet port based in a Six Degrees Point of Presence. The Access Service purchased affects incident resolution time however this service does not have varying support levels based on cost. As an example, a fully diverse Fibre service (A+A) has a P1 target resolution time of 1 hour however full service down for single standalone Fibre service is 6 hours. Please see Service Description for further information. An Account Manager will be assigned to provide a single point of contact for any issue and numerous support engineers are available by contacting our 24x7 support team.
