Understand how you are going to be using the content, how we can best support you and, if necessary, work with you on a launch plan.

Understand "what does success look like?". We will look to work with you to see how you are going to measure success, and what KPIs/benchmarks you will be setting.

Get you set up with access to our community site so you can download the content (along with the supporting material such as: course descriptions, thumbnails, associated tags, durations, etc)

They're fully responsive (PC to mobile phone) and have been developed to work in a number of browsers and OS, and pass back complete/incomplete status to your LMS.

Videos are created in house at Thrive and included in the .zip file to ensure there shouldn't be an issue with white listing.
Accessibility standards
None or don’t know
Description of accessibility
When it comes to accessibility, our custom-built authoring tool (Lucid) has been developed with WCAG 2.1 AA standards in mind to enhance the experience for all users and use accessible tech where possible, however we can't guarantee certain standards as we use a lot of media, like video, that doesn't work well in an accessible format.

We do use alternative formats such as PDF, and the text within the modules can be read via a screen reader.
Accessibility testing
Thrive has carried out it's own internal testing and is aware of the limitations of our content in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
We are committed to delivering a service with as little interruption as possible, and in fact we’ve designed our whole solution around this. This means that we can offer zero-downtime updates for the vast majority of enhancements we release to the platform.

As a result we can offer an availability commitment without any caveats - that’s 99.9% availability, measured quarterly, with no hidden maintenance time clauses.
Approach to resilience
We use a microservice architecture which has the huge benefit of being able to scale to handle additional load. At any time a minimum of two instances are running for each service, and as additional load is detected this can be very quickly ramped up to deal with increased workload.
