The annual subscription includes unlimited remote support via telephone and email. The functions are quite straightforward. Implementation includes online or on-site visits as necessary for full interoperability. An Acadiant technical account manager is supplied. We can also provide training to midwives on the chat, as well as help in organising online or on-site user groups, as part of the subscription.

Getting started
The software is designed to be intuitive and lead the first-time user through the process. We are happy to provide online or on-site training, and where needed we can create documents and videos within the subscription fee. A basic set-up video is available on the Maternity Direct site as well as on the Acadiant website.

End-of-contract data extraction
Routine exports are available in various human and machine-readable formats. Details of custom requests are covered under the terms of the Call-Off Contract.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, all access will be cancelled. All data can be returned to the customer in a requested format such as .xlsx or other spreadsheet, .csv. All personalised data will be deleted or destroyed. Acadiant can provide support with migration away from the service at extra cost, priced as per SFIA rate card.
