How the planning service works This service provides a proven method and approach for analysing, designing, architecting and planning the delivery of a bespoke tool to help clients manage and bring to life their Cloud technology, Business and IT Strategies. This includes how the strategies will influence cloud hosting, applications, software and infrastructure services. We will help clients to manage the delivery and realisation of expected benefits through:

1. Navigation and Alignment: This tool will ensure that you can easily view the different levels of tasks within your programme and provide the ability to easily assign resources and budgetary information to each of these items;

2. Analysis: Through using our tool you can quickly and easily identify how your delivery programme is performing against your strategy; and

3. Reporting: We will provide you with a number of automated reports to provide information to your wider stakeholders. These reports will be tailored to your specific needs ensuring that your most critical information is included to facilitate the decision-making process.
