Support levels You will be provided with a dedicated Project Manager and Account Manager for the duration of your engagement with Content Formula and LiveTiles. This Project/ Account Manager will be your main point of contact throughout the implementation and for all support requirements. Your Project Manager will triage all requests, hand them out to the appropriate service and follow up on their delivery.
