Support levels Our Caja support is aimed at ensuring that the client is able to successfully go live and that all stakeholders are able to operate effectively and efficiently across the transformed business. Each client project is allocated a relationship manager whose role and responsibility is to ensure that appropriate support is provided at all stages across the lifecycle of the project. The type and scale of support may fluctuate to meet the changing needs of the client through go live and business as usual. Our cost are aligned to the SFIA table.
