End-of-contract data extraction
The primary data used within TeamOrgChart resides in the clients SharePoint Online or Azure Active Directory. TeamOrgChart does not store this data, therefore there is nothing to extract.

The metadata that describes the org chart ( for example definitions of formatting rules, box colours ) can be supplied to the user if requested.
End-of-contract process
At the end of contract, the client's access to TeamOrgChart is terminated.

All stored data relating to the client is removed 30 days after the end of the contract.

There are no additional costs.

Users who have been allocated the "Admin" right to TeamOrgChart can make changes. Other users are "Read-only".

Functional customisations require code changes which can be done by TeamImprover.Com only.

Independence of resources
Each client organisation runs on a dedicated Microsoft Azure environment.
