End-of-contract data extraction Users can extract their data either online or by visiting the data centre and if the contract is terminated the user will be disabled and the data will be deleted.
End-of-contract process After the cancellation notice period has expired we delete the data and remove the customer account and access at no extra cost. If the customer requires a visit to the data centre to retrieve data this is also included at no extra cost.

If the service is unavailable for more than 30 consecutive minutes in any one month, one days credit for each period of loss of service of 30 minutes can be claimed by you in compensation. The maximum monthly service credit is limited to 5 days and the day rate is calculated as the annual rate divided by 365.
