How the planning service works TCS would use its proprietary implementation methodology TDM – Transformation Delivery Method, for the cloud deployments with an overall objective to improve the quality, consistency, and certainty of outcomes in the execution of our programs and projects using a standard analyst recognized methodology. The TCS Transformation Delivery Method [TDM] and integrated reusable assets provide an enhanced customer experience throughout the transformation lifecycle. Transformation projects can choose to apply the method in a variety of delivery approaches, including Iterative. This approach focuses on smaller batch sizes where the configure phase is repeated in cycles or iterations.

How the training service works TCS can offer training to ensure the Institution is self-equipped to manage the subsequent trainings during the implementation and for new joiners. Our preferred model is to ‘train the trainer’ through class room and hands-on sessions at your location.
The detailed training approach, plan and schedule would be prepared and finalised with the institute during the beginning of the Project Life Cycle. The training cost will be based on the number of training days and the participants in each session.
